The Division’s community outreach initiatives include trauma and injury prevention in children, because keeping kids safe and out of the Emergency Room is one of our primary goals. The Division’s faculty also participates in the Department’s Surgical Speakers Bureau. Our pediatric surgeons are available to present lectures to health professionals on a range of topics related to those surgical areas in which they have special expertise.
